Another single taken from the excellent Daybreaker album, this sees Beth Orton reunited with Ben Watt of Everything But The Girl, and the result is as laidback as you'd expect.

Languid and relaxed, this version lacks the majesty of the William Orbit produced original, but this is still lazy and lovely. An unusual choice for a single, it's as fragile and delicate as the best of Orton's work but with a bittersweet edge to it. It may not be as catchy as Concrete Sky, or as poignant as God's Song from the album, but it's still pretty damn fine.

Daybreaker may not received the success that it deserved, but Thinking About Tomorrow is still Beth at her best.
