With a menacing musical backdrop and assertive vocals, Bitten by Dog (!) starts like it is ready to take the baton from where The Prodigy left off after The Fat Of The Land.

Unfortunately, Bitten never really fulfils its potential and, instead of going rabid, ends up being more of a poodle.

All in all, a shame then, although the impending album, Neverland, may show off Dog's pedigree, if the likes of Fatboy Slim and Jon Carter are correct in their assessment.
