Twist is the sexiest track on recent album Black Cherry - you don't need a video to tell you what's going on as Alison Goldfrapp asks you to, "Kiss me like you like me," and, "Twist it round again and again." It's not romance we're talking here and the sleazy electronica and dance rhythms add to the excitement, all as ever overlaid by Ms Goldfrapp's extraordinarily angelic voice.
The steam continues to rise with a studio cover of Yes Sir (the '70s disco hit for Baccara) which has apparently had "young boys across the globe sweating at the live shows" and is likely to do the same in clubs.
The auditory equivalent of the post-coital fag is provided by a blissful live version of Deer Stop, taking us away from city heat back to the wide open spaces of Felt Mountain.
