Assured, a little bit sassy and a little bit dreamy, Paris Is Burning is right on the money with its marriage of verse and catchy chorus, not to mention the deep house-friendly beat that is sure to light up many a festival field this season.
The good news is we can expect a lot more, with a debut album due for release in the summer. For now, remixes from Cut Copy and Chicken Lips will do nicely, bringing out the song's Balearic qualities. A must-hear.
