As the conveyor belt of trance trundles happily along, one group only too happy to jump on are the Belgian trio Lasgo. Having stormed the charts in 2002 with debut single Something, they've carried on with their successful formula: uplifting commercial club anthems with the vocal talents of a beautiful blonde who is the focus of the group, Evi.

Surrender has already been released throughout Europe and now sees a UK release with new mixes by Cor Fijneman, Ronald van Gelderen and LMC, who worked on Lasgo's earlier single Alone.

All seven trance mixes are pretty run of the mill - nothing different, nothing special - but yes it's catchy, yes it's floor-filling and yes it's bound to do well.
