Star ratings on musicOMH's reviews
What do the stars on our reviews mean?

musicOMH's reviews of albums, DVDs, films, theatre productions, concerts and opera from early 2006 onwards carry star ratings.

These stars are to an extent subjective, based on the reviewer's words, and are meant as guides rather than as review summaries.

0 stars = abysmal - horrific, dull or offensive; avoid

1 star = poor - blue do, disappointing; waste of dosh

2 stars = fair - forgettable but inoffensive

3 stars = good - worth checking out

4 stars = very fine - well worth your hard earned cash

5 stars = could not be better
